MemMake
Privacy
Last updated: 27 October 2026. This notice covers design requests and orders made on memmake.com.
What we save and why
When you send a request, we save your selected template and version, exact words, optional name line, tee choices, name, email, shipping country, notes and consent. We use these details to review your design request and discuss it with you. For an order, we also save your delivery address, order amount, accepted terms, invoice expiry, transaction ID and sender address when supplied, and chain verification evidence. We use these details to fulfil orders and resolve payment issues. Orders are not marketing subscriptions.
Pictures stay on your device
The photo preview displays your picture in your browser. No image is uploaded, stored on the server or included in a request. Your editable draft excludes your photo and contact details.
Private requests and storage
Your request and its design snapshot are stored in a private server database and are not published as examples. Your private receipt contains the access code to retrieve the saved design. Keep that code private. The server stores a hash of the access code. Hosting providers process the stored data as part of operating the service.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary session cookie secures form submission. This tab keeps your editable design in session storage across refreshes; use Clear draft to remove it. The gallery saves only your Pause/Play preference on this device. We do not enable advertising or optional analytics on this site. The hosting and proxy services may keep operational access and security logs.
Contact and your data
For questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@memmake.com and include your request reference. Do not send your private access code by email. Saved requests remain in the private database for manual review; no automatic expiry or deletion period is applied by this release. Saving a request does not send an automatic confirmation email. Keep or download the private receipt shown after saving.
Earlier WearLoud requests
Earlier WearLoud records stay with the separate WearLoud service. They are not copied into this site's request database.
Order notifications and payment checks
Order creation, reported transfers, chain matches and payment review create separate private notifications to hello@memmake.com through our email provider. Delivery is retried when safe; a queued notification does not prove delivery. The fixed TRON mainnet service receives the transaction ID when you request a payment check. Public blockchain records can be viewed by others. We never collect your wallet private key or sign transfers.
